THE BENEFITS OF MASSAGE
Each of us holds the entirety of our life experience in our bodies. Massage offers an excellent way to shift physical patterns that can both affect and result from imbalance in other areas, including mental/emotional, energetic, and spiritual. Furthermore, massage has been shown to be beneficial for reducing pain and stress and supporting mental and emotional health. I use a combination of Swedish and deep tissue techniques to bring clients into release and relaxation.
I completed a 200-hour certification training through the Amherst School of Massage Therapy (now The Massage School in Easthampton) in 2002, and a 500-hour certification program from the Montana School of Massage in 2005. I specialize in full-body treatments designed to work out the kinks and bring therapeutic touch into your life. My massage is body-affirming and I am LGBTQIA+ allied.
